I saw in one of your recent posts that you were with "Superfoot Wallace". I took his seminar last year and, all I can say is, I now know why he has such bad hips. I was sore for days!

My name is Thomas LeMere. I live in Wisconsin. I was just looking through some different blogs and I came across this one. I love Martial Arts and I am currently taking Tae Kwon Do. I am going for my black tip on my brown belt in June. Hopefully I will be black in Dec. Anyway I love to spar and well...I just wanted to say it is really cool with your school and all. You have a great blog here.
I also kind of wanted to know if there was any advice you could give in a sparring match. I kind of have a tournament this saturday and was thinking of different things I could try. I usually just use a flying roundhouse kick or back-reverse kick. Any ideas? Well...This is a great blog. I enjoyed looking at it.
